Purchases

After payment confirmation, your order will be prepared and dispatched within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase.

You will receive shipping and tracking information via the email or WhatsApp number provided at checkout.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable legislation.

For an exchange to be accepted, the item must:

  • Show no signs of use
  • Have the original tag attached
  • Be in perfect condition
  • Be sent in the original packaging whenever possible

Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, the request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or MBWAY.

The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Defective Items

If your item has a defect or manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible through our customer support.

Our team will review the case and offer the best solution.

Shipping Costs

  • For exchanges at the customer's request, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
  • In cases of defect or shipping error, costs will be covered by Caraíba.
